About Us

Our program’s main goal is to provide personalized individual training for new users, the elderly and people with special needs through practical and carefully crafted experiential training programs through engaging, hands-on educational opportunities.

With over 20 years of support and training experience in fortune 100 companies we realized that everybody learns differently and at their own pace. That’s why we take a personalized individual approach to our support and training programs. What sparks one student’s imagination may not work for others so we find topics we can apply to technology to make learning interesting and fun.

 Training is broken up into modules that students move thru at their own pace. All through the training process we'll answer technical question and fix problems that the family is having with any aspects of their home technology. Classes can be in person or remotely.
