Every Student is Unique

We take a personalized individual approach to our support and training programs. We start with an assessment of the students equipment and skill level and build at the students pace from there. Training is broken up into Modules that include Basic IT, Word Processing and Internet Skills. All through the training process we'll fix any problems that the family is having with all aspects of their home technology, make recommendations and answer technical question as they are presented.

We even advise on equipment purchases and accompany the family to acquire any equipment they need, help them install and configure the equipment while teaching along the way.  Every student learns differently and wants to get different things out of their technology; we develop a plan that is suited to the individual and tailored to their specific needs.
